I think we may have reached a point in the pregnancy where my food intake needs to be upped-at least mentally. I've had 2 packets of instant oatmeal (made with milk-should be more filling), a chicken salad sandwich, a can of Vegetable Italiano, a banana, 2 cereal bars, 2 english muffins with raspberry preserves and a double size protein shake-it's only 2:40. I'm eager to get home and make up some more meatloaf as well. At least I've stayed away from the Halloween candy today. Is it healthy to think about food so much?
