Crock pot Pork Tenderloin

This one is incredibly easy and we're always surprised at how good and moist it is.

1 small pork tenderloin roast (or sliced pork chops/roast)
1 can diced 'flavored' tomatoes (I've used Chili ready tomatoes and Italian herb tomatoes)

Pour the can over the meat and leave all day on Low heat in the crock pot. About an hour before dinner I was able to shred the meat with a fork and 'soak' it with the sauce.

I think we may try the leftovers on rolls tonight.
I'm also thinking this would probably work with bar-b-cue sauce and might just be delicious.
